How to Access and View Recordings in PatientNotes

Access transcript from a clinical session:

1. Go to the Client Session:

   • Navigate to the session for the specific client you are working with. 

2. Navigate to the "Recordings" header on the left side of your session

   • Once in the app, go to the "Recordings" wording
     
     

3. Select the Recording:

   • Locate the specific recording you need.
   • Click on "View recording details," 
     
     

4. View the Transcription:

   • Scroll down to see the Transcription section of the selected recording.

Note:  this is not available on Dictate Pro sessions please contact hello@patientnotes.app for assistance with issues with any dictation sessions 

1. Click on Sessions.

2. Click on the session name you would like to find a transcript from.

3. Click on View recording details

4. Here, you will find the transcript of the recording.

To access a clinical note from dictation

At the base of the response ask the system to provide you with the transcript by typing in the feedback section

Ask for "provide only the transcript" and it will redraft a new version
