Adding in a consent field to your notes

If you need to document that consent has been obtained, whether it is for using PatientNotes.app or for other treatments or interventions, please follow the prompts in your clinical records or letters . 

• Consent Obtained:

  • Yes/No: Provide details on whether consent was given to record the audio. If yes, document as: "Consent was given to use audio recording for notes."
    
    

• Treatment Consent Obtained:

  • Document the details of all patient consents received.
