If you’ve signed up with the wrong currency and need to change it, follow these steps to adjust your subscription:
Step 1: Contact Support to Cancel Your Current Plan
The first step is to reach out to our support team. Our team will assist you in cancelling your current subscription plan in our payment system.
Step 2: Sign Up Again with the Correct Currency
After your current plan has been canceled, you will need to sign up for a new subscription. This step is performed by you. Visit the subscription tab under settings.
During the sign-up process, make sure to select the correct currency that you wish to be billed in.
Step 3: Receive a Credit for Your Previous Payment
Once you have successfully signed up with the correct currency, our team will issue a credit to your account. This credit will be for the full amount of your previous payment, minus any applicable fees.
Important Notes:
- Be sure to select the correct currency during your new sign-up process.
- The credit will be applied once your new subscription is active.
