Your sessions are stored on our platform for up to 30 days to ensure you have access to your data when needed. After 30 days, the sessions are automatically deleted to maintain data security and comply with our privacy regulations. However, if you prefer, you can manually delete your sessions earlier.

Here’s how the session storage works:

1. Automatic Expiry After 30 Days:

   • All recorded sessions are automatically stored in a secure, encrypted format for 30 days.
   • After this period, they are automatically deleted to ensure that your data is not stored longer than necessary, aligning with our privacy and data protection standards.

2. Manual Deletion:

   • If you want to delete a session before the 30-day period ends, you can do so manually. This option provides you with full control over your data.
   • To delete a session manually, go to the session list in your account, select the session you wish to delete, and click on the “Delete” button. The session will be permanently removed from our servers.

Why Do Sessions Expire?

The expiration policy is in place to:
