At PatientNotes, your Dashboard is designed to give you a real-time overview of the current day's schedule by syncing directly with Nookal or Cliniko. Because of this live sync, the dashboard only displays sessions for today.
Can I Go Back to See Yesterday’s Sessions?
No – the dashboard view is only available for the day it syncs with your practice management system. This means that once the day has passed, those sessions will no longer be visible on the dashboard.
But don’t worry – you can still access previous sessions easily.
How to View Previous Sessions
To see past sessions, simply use the Sessions tab:

Go to the Sessions tab from your main menu.

Browse or search for any previous session

Open the session to view or continue your notes.
This feature allows you to review, edit, or complete documentation from any past day — all outside of the dashboard view.
