🔧 Prompt Instruction Option 1: Show “Not Assessed”

This version will clearly state when something wasn’t mentioned.

Use this instruction:

Only include sections that were clearly mentioned or assessed in the transcript.
If something was not discussed, write “Not assessed” or “Not mentioned.”
Do not assume or generate content not based on the transcript.

Example Output:

Palpation findings: Not assessed.
Special tests: Negative Hawkins-Kennedy on the right.

🔧 Prompt Instruction Option 2: Omit the Section Entirely

This version will skip the section completely if the transcript does not mention it.

Use this instruction:
