If you’re unable to click the Add button when trying to create a new template in the Prompts section, it’s most likely due to the plan you’re currently on.
🧾 Essential Plan Limitation
The Essential Plan includes access to edit existing templates but does not allow adding or importing new templates. This limitation is in place to support a more simplified workflow for clinics with basic needs.
