Why Can’t I Access My Sessions After 30 Days?

If you're looking for a session that was recorded more than 30 days ago and can’t find it — it’s likely because the session has expired and been deleted automatically.

PatientNotes stores your sessions securely for up to 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted. This is done to protect your privacy and ensure compliance with data security standards.

🔒 How Session Storage Works

✅ Stored for 30 Days

• All sessions are securely stored for up to 30 days from the time they were recorded.

• After 30 days, the session is automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.

🗑️ Manual Deletion Available

• You can manually delete a session at any time before the 30-day expiry.

• Just head to the Sessions tab, select the session, and click Delete.

We automatically delete sessions after 30 days to:

• ✅ Minimize risks of long-term storage and access

Once deleted (automatically or manually), sessions cannot be recovered.
