Smart Snippets let you insert commonly used phrases, medication names, and clinical shorthand into your notes with just a few keystrokes. Designed to speed up your documentation and reduce repetition, snippets work seamlessly in all parts of your workflow—including Additional Context, Prompts, and Final Notes. 

This feature is available exclusively on the Professional Plan.

🛠️ What Are Smart Snippets?

Smart Snippets are quick-insert shortcuts you can trigger by typing / followed by any part of the snippet’s title.
For example:
Type /pred → Instantly inserts “Prednisolone”
Type /plan → Loads your Treatment Plan content

Create your own macros by pairing a trigger with your preferred text.

To remove or update a snippet, simply click Remove next to it. Edits are saved instantly.
