The “Enter Manual” feature allows you to paste or type text directly into PatientNotes to generate summaries, letters, or reports — even when no audio was used.
When to Use This Feature
This is especially useful if you:

Already have existing typed notes from another source (e.g. practice management software).

Want to reuse or edit previously written content to generate a fresh summary or formal letter/report.
Common Workflow:

Copy your notes from your practice software or document.

Navigate to the “Enter Manual” area inside PatientNotes.

Paste your text into the input field.

Use the “Generate Summary” or “Generate Letter/Report” options depending on what you need.

Review and refine the generated output — you're ready to save, copy, or export!
Tip: This workflow is a great time-saver for follow-up letters, chronic condition reports, or any situation where past text is available.
