Troubleshooting
Issue
When attempting to sign in, you may see the following message:
“This is the UK server. Your account does not exist here. Did you mean to sign in to the global server? Please click here.”
This indicates you’ve landed on the incorrect regional server for your account.
Resolution Steps
-
Return to the Top of the Screen
At the very top of the page, you’ll see a country selector (a flag icon or drop-down list). This determines which server you’re accessing. -
Choose Your Correct Country/Region
-
Click the flag or country name at the top of the page.
-
From the list, select the country or region where your account was originally created.
-
Once selected, you will be redirected to the appropriate server for your region.
-
-
Sign In Again
-
After selecting the correct country, click Sign In.
-
Enter your usual username/email and password.
-
If your credentials match an account on this server, you will be logged in successfully.
-
-
If You Still Encounter Issues
-
Double‐check that you have chosen the correct country.
-
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
-
Issue
When attempting to create a new account, you may see the following message:
“User with email address ‘yourname@company.com’ already exists. No need to sign up, just sign-in on the server you signed up with.”
This means that an account using this email has already been registered, so you don’t need to create a new one.
What This Means
-
Your email is already associated with an existing account.
-
Instead of signing up again, you should sign in using your existing credentials.
-
You may be on the wrong server (region) for your original account.
Resolution Steps
-
Return to the Top of the Screen and Select the Correct Server
-
At the very top of the page, locate the country/region selector (the flag icon or dropdown).
-
Make sure you choose the same country or region where you originally signed up.
-
-
Go to the Sign-In Page
-
From the top navigation (or homepage), click Sign In instead of Sign Up.
-
Enter the email address shown in the error message (e.g.,
darren@physica.com.au
) and your password.
-
-
Reset Your Password if You Don’t Remember It
-
If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the sign-in form.
-
Follow the prompts to receive a password-reset link via email.
-
Once you reset your password, return to the sign-in page and log in.
