If you’re unable to access the Patient Summary or Letter/Report buttons, it’s likely because the clinical note hasn’t been marked as complete yet.
Here’s What to Do:

After finishing your clinical note, make sure to click “Mark as Complete.”

Once the note is marked complete, the Patient Summary and Letter/Report buttons will become active and clickable.

You can then select from your letter templates and generate your report.
Tip: This step ensures the note is finalized before generating any formal documents, keeping your workflow tidy and organized.
