PatientNotes makes it easy to bring your own templates into the system and convert them into structured, AI-powered prompts. This allows you to preserve your preferred layout while benefiting from automation.
🧭 Step-by-Step: Importing Your Template

Go to Settings
Navigate to your Settings, then select the Prompt Templates section. - Select either clinical note template or a report or letter.

Click "Import" Template

Paste your content directly into the editor window.

This will draft a conversion of your template using our internal prompt conversion engine.
