Copy and paste it into your practice software or patient messaging platform

Ensure your patient receives a clear action plan, even if not emailed directly
🛠️ Customising Your Patient Summary Template:
You can fully customise the content of the patient summary to suit your clinic’s tone and requirements:

Go to Settings > Prompt Templates

Select the template titled “Patient Summary”

Edit the layout, language, and structure

Save and reuse it across all relevant sessions
🚧 Direct Email Feature – Coming Soon!
We’re actively developing the ability to send summaries via email directly from PatientNotes. This feature will offer a streamlined way to deliver action plans securely and efficiently.
Until then, the copy-paste method ensures you can still share important session information with patients via your usual workflow.

Even without built-in email, sending patient summaries through your current system helps reinforce care plans, improve follow-up, and support patient outcomes.
