Patientnotes.app is compatible with various telehealth platforms, including Zoom, Coviu, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. It's crucial to ensure that the audio during the consultation is transmitted through both the telehealth system and Patientnotes.app simultaneously.
To test your setup:
1. Initiate a test telehealth session before engaging in an actual consultation.
2. Open Patientnotes.app.
3. Navigate to the Microphone Check at [https://www.patientnotes.app/dashboard/microphone].
4. Play back the audio to check if it is being captured.
5. If you can hear your audio, it indicates that Patientnotes.app is successfully capturing it.
6. We suggest conducting a brief telehealth session with a test client as a trial.
If you are using a Mac and using headphones, or some telehealth systems such as Google Meets or Microsoft Teams you will require our Telehealth for Mac tool.
Our Mac companion app allows you to record audio using any Telehealth platform. Download
