Resetting your password

To reset your password, you have two options:

1. Forgot Password on Sign-In Page: Click the 'Forgot Password' link located on the sign-in page. This will guide you through the process of resetting your password.
   
   

2. Direct Reset Link:
   You can either adjust your account email and reset your password from your profile setting (https://www.patientnotes.app/dashboard/profile)
   
   
   
   
   After submitting your request, please check your email for a confirmation message. This email will contain instructions to set up your new password."
