How to Restore Previous Prompts
1. Open your Patientnotes settings.
2. Select 'Prompts'.
3. Choose 'Previous Versions.'
Scroll to locate the version you want to restore, and take note of the creation date and time, which can be found at the top right corner of each note.
4. Click on the Page Copy icon located below the date and time; this action will copy the content to your clipboard.
5. Navigate back to the Current tab, and update the content by pasting the version you copied to your clipboard. To paste, use the right mouse click, or press Ctrl+V (for Windows) or Cmd+V (for Mac).

1. Click on Settings.
2. Click on Prompt Templates.
3. Select a prompt template to restore a previous version.
4. Click on the Previous Versions tab.
5. Take note of the creation date and time for the version. Scroll down to locate the version you want to restore.
6. Click on Copy as Plain Text icon: Use this button to copy your notes as simple, unformatted text.
7. Altenatively you can click on Copy as Rich Text (HTML) button: Use this button to copy your notes with formatting and styling preserved, suitable for pasting into applications that support HTML.
8. Click on the Current tab.
9. Paste selected text into the text field to update the content with the version you had in mind.
10. Click on Save
11. Click on Save to update the content changes for the prompt template.
