Sharing Prompts Across Users within an Organization

Currently, sharing prompts among users in your organization requires a manual process. Here are the steps and some tips for an optimized experience:

1. Access Your Prompts:

   • Navigate to your prompts within the PatientNotes app.

2. Copy the Prompt Text:

   • Select the prompt you wish to share and copy its text.

3. Distribute the Prompts:

   • Share the copied prompts with your colleagues via email or another messaging platform.

Additional Tips for Efficient Sharing:

• Use a Shared Drive or Folder: Consider setting up a shared space on your organization's server or a shared folder (like Google Drive or Dropbox). This approach allows users easy access to common consultation and letter prompts.

• Organize Prompts Clearly: In your shared space, organize prompts in clearly labeled folders or documents for easy navigation.

• Regular Updates: Periodically review and update the shared prompts to ensure they remain current and relevant.
