To refine the AI's responses and potentially reduce these types of generic answers, you can try modifying your prompts for more precise queries
(Important: Use only the transcript, contextual notes, or clinical note as references for your note. Never add your own details about the patient, assessment, diagnosis, interventions, evaluation, or plan. If the information for a placeholder is not explicitly mentioned, leave that section blank instead of noting its absence.) |
