Integrating Cliniko with Your Dashboard: A Step-by-Step Guide
Our integration with Cliniko enhances your workflow by adding a dashboard tab at the top of your screen. This feature is designed to streamline your daily schedule management, offering a seamless overview of your appointments. Here's how to make the most out of this integration:
Accessing Your Day's Diary
- Upon selecting the dashboard tab, your Day's Diary will automatically populate.
- When you open the dashboard, it displays a list of all your scheduled patients for the day, including their arrival status.
- From here, you can initiate your consultation with a choice between an initial or a follow-up consult type.
Starting a Consultation
- The integration conveniently preloads the patient's name into the session, saving you time and minimizing the risk of errors.
Managing Clinical Notes
- After creating clinical notes, you'll need to mark them as complete to transfer this information onto the clipboard. This step is crucial for ensuring your notes are ready to be moved into the patient's clinical records.
- To transfer notes, simply return to the 'Clinical' section within the patient's notes. You can then paste the information either by right-clicking and selecting paste, or by using the shortcut command (Command + V for Mac or Control + V for Windows).
Transferring Patient Summaries and Medical Letters
- The process for transferring patient summaries and medical letters is the same as for clinical notes. Ensure you've marked the documents as complete before attempting to transfer them to the patient's record.
This guide aims to help you navigate the Cliniko integration efficiently, ensuring your patient management process is as smooth and streamlined as possible.
