Setting up your subscription – PatientNotes

Note: Before subscribing to a plan please ensure you have verified your email address.

To register for a PatientNotes plan, please follow these instructions:

1. Click on Settings.

2. Click on Subscription.

3. Select AUD from Currency.

4. Click on Buy now and you will be taken to a Stripe payment portal.

5. You will be taken to a Stripe payment portal. Complete the payment in Stripe Checkout.

6. Once completed return to PatientNotes and you will see that you have an active plan.

To upgrade your plan or the number of users in your organisation

1. In the subscription setting select the Manage plan button.

To upgrade your plan or the number of users in your organisation:
1. In the subscription setting select the Manage plan button.
2. Choose the plan and enter the number of users.
3. Return back to PatientNotes and this will be updated.

Once updated, you can easily manage your users from within the platform.

You can then proceed to manage your users on the Organization page - to learn more about managing an organization.
