Troubleshooting 404 Error When Accepting PatientNotes Invitation
If you've received an invitation to join PatientNotes but encounter a 404 error page when you try to accept the invitation, it's likely because you're not signed in to your account. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Go to the PatientNotes Login Page
Navigate to the PatientNotes website and find the login page. You can usually do this by looking for a 'Sign In' or 'Login' button on the homepage.
Sign In to Your Account
Enter your username and password to log in to your account. If you don't remember your password, look for a 'Forgot Password?' link to reset it.
If you do not have an account yet, you'll need to create one. Look for a 'Sign Up' or 'Register' option and follow the prompts to set up your new account.
Accept the Invitation
Once you're signed in, try accessing the invitation link again. You can do this by clicking on the invitation link from your email or copying and pasting the URL into your browser's address bar.
You should now be able to accept the invitation without encountering a 404 error.
Troubleshooting
If you're still experiencing issues, ensure that you are using the same email address for your PatientNotes account that the invitation was sent to. If the problem persists, contact PatientNotes support for further assistance.
