Audio Routing Application (MacOS)

Requirements: MacOS 13 (June 2022) or above

1. Installation Process (MacOS Only)

• Download: Obtain the installation file via the provided link. Click here
• Run the Installer: Launch the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

2. Application Activation Requirement

• Activation: The software must be active to enable audio routing capabilities. Devices will be recognized even if the software is not actively in use.

3. Dock Icon Visibility

• Icon: The application icon will appear on the dock for easy access.

4. After Installation - Configuring Audio Settings

• Integration with Communication Platforms: Once installed, integrate the application with your preferred communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, telehealth platforms, etc.).

• Selecting Audio Input and Output:

  • In your communication platform’s audio settings, choose the appropriate audio input and output options as designated by the audio routing application to ensure optimal performance.
  • Set "PatientNotes Output" as your speaker.

• During a Session: Select "PatientNotes Input (Virtual)" as your microphone.
