Here's how to make the most of it:
Activating Speech-to-Text
- How to Activate: Simply click the microphone icon located in the bottom right section of each window to start using Speech-to-Text.
when activated the mic will turn red - To deactivate speech to text and click the button again
- Note the text will come up in real-time as you speak, you do not need to include punctuation, this should flow from your natural speaking. So just talk to the system.
Recording and Dictating Clinical Notes

Recording Consultations: You can now record your consultations directly in the editor, capturing every detail without needing to type or write notes manually.

Dictating Without Recording: If you prefer not to record the entire consultation, select "Enter Clinical Notes Manually" at the start of your session to dictate your notes directly.

Verbally Add Extra Notes: After your consultation, click on the Speech-to-Text microphone icon to add any additional clinical notes. Your spoken words will convert to text and appear on your screen in real time.

1. How to Activate Speech-to-Text: First, click on the patient session.
2. Click on Speech to Text icon found on the bottom right section of the window to start using Speech to Text. When activated, the mic will turn red. Note: the text will come up in real-time as you speak, you do not need to include punctuation, it will do it for you.
3. To deactivate speech to text, click on the button again.
4. Once you are finished with the recording, click on Mark as complete.
