Issue: Audio Not Picked Up from Client During Telehealth Sessions When Using Headphones
Problem:
When using headphones during telehealth sessions, the audio from the client may not be picked up correctly.
Solution for Mac Users:
We have developed a macOS adapter to resolve this issue on Apple devices. Please follow the link below to download and install the macOS virtual cable:
Solution for Windows Users:
We are currently working on a solution for Windows users. In the meantime, we recommend not using headphones during telehealth sessions to avoid audio issues.
