Issue- Clinical notes not generated from Recordings

Creating Clinical Notes from Recordings

If you find that a clinical note has not been generated, follow these steps to create one from your recordings:

1. Navigate to the Recordings Header

   • Open PatientNotes and go to the "Recordings"  header on the left.
     
     

2. Select the Recording

   • Find the specific recording you need and click on words "View recording details." 
     

3. Create the Notes

   • You should see a green button labelled "Create Notes." Click this button to generate the clinical note from the recording.
     
     

4. Troubleshooting

   • If the green "Create Notes" button does not appear or the notes are not generated, please contact support for further assistance.
   • Note:  this feature is unavailable on Dictate pro  sessions-  contact support for help.
